    Yes, all references to any of the Gemstones, mean a GENUINE GEM, unless otherwise noted.
  2. Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
    No - only residents of Virginia are required to pay sales tax when purchasing from my online store.
  3. Do you combine shipping?
    Yes!
  4. How long will it take to receive my items?
    We do our best to ship your purchases within 5 days after your order is placed . Overnight Shipping is also available.
  5. When an item is described as 14k, 18K or platinum, is the gold and platinum solid or plated?
    All references to gold and platinum refer to SOLID GOLD and SOLID PLATINUM, unless otherwise noted.
  6. When an item is described with a diamond or diamonds are they all genuine, natural and untreated?
    Yes, all references to 'diamond' mean a GENUINE DIAMOND that is natural and untreated!
  7. Will my purchases be insured during shipping?
    Yes!  We insure every purchase when it is shipped.
  8. Why should I buy from Linda Roberts Jewelry?
    Because of my low overhead, all of my prices are approximately 1/2 to 1/3 of what you would pay in a Retail Jewelry Store.
